An Open Letter from Revitas

We are happy to announce that as of January 9, 2012, iMANY has officially become Revitas. We are excited about this change and what it means for our extended family of customers and partners. Over the past several months, we have been highly energized and working hard to set Revitas on a course to better serve our customers.

For decades, iMANY has been recognized as a leader in pricing incentive and contract lifecycle management. However, our wide offering of industry-leading solutions solve a broad range of  strategic business problems. We offer a breadth of solutions that meet the demands of Enterprise Revenue Dynamics by integrating contracts, pricing, and compliance and linking with key business processes around ERP and supply chain management. We are reinventing ourselves as Revitas to represent our commitment to these values, and to better enable our customers and partners to leverage our growth.

Revitas is also our product portfolio name, replacing ContractSphere. And we have added a new name for our technology platform - Flex. The name Flex is ideally suited to the capabilities of the platform: scalability, interoperability, and extensibility. It denotes support for multiple Revitas suite applications for contracts, pricing, and compliance via one strategic, standards-based platform.

The name may be different, but some things will never change – including our development of best-of-breed solutions and our commitment to the success of our customers and partners alike. We recognize that our customers have invested significant resources to integrate our solutions deeply into core business processes.  We assure that these investments are protected and strong.

At Revitas, we feel passion and excitement for the company – we have a strong foundation as the leader in providing world-class Enterprise Revenue Dynamics solutions that deliver a level of integrity and reliability trusted by hundreds of organizations. As we grow in new markets, we will leverage what we learn to further enhance our solution offerings. As always, we will adapt to changes and new regulations in the industries we serve with innovative and industry-leading products and services.
