Paul T. Winn

As a proven leader in the high-tech enterprise software industry, Paul Winn brings to Revitas team strong vision, strategy, operating models, best practices and experience in building sustainable strategic growth companies. He has more than 30 years of executive management experience with high-tech software companies of varying sizes, public and private, serving a broad range of industries, including life sciences; financial, business, and healthcare services; insurance; information technology; and energy and utilities.
Paul joined the Revitas Board of Directors in 2009 and was instrumental in the acquisition of the company by LLR Partners. He currently serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board. At Revitas, Paul has established innovative corporate strategies which leverage the company's capabilities and presence in Life Sciences into new markets and geographies. Prior to joining Revitas, Paul was Chairman, President and CEO of Princeton Softech, a high-tech software company focused in the data management market. Over his three-year tenure, he focused on sustainable high growth strategies to accelerate revenues and profitability while establishing the company as a leader in Enterprise Data Management. Princeton Softech was acquired by IBM in 2007.
Over the course of his career, Paul has served in the role of President and CEO of successful IT companies including PowerQuest, a private hi-tech software technology company acquired by Symantec Corporation in 2003, and Genicom, a public document imaging company that experienced strong growth during his ten-year tenure. Paul’s career started at IBM, where he spent over 20 years in various capacities in product development, site management, and general management of business units. He has also served on public and private boards of several companies including Quintiq, Application Security, Cybershift, Indigo, Princeton Softech, PowerQuest, and Genicom.
Paul was recognized by Private Equity Association for the most strategic transaction of 2007, named a Rising Star on Deloitte’s 2006 Technology Fast 500, a finalist in the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur award and was an Executive in Residence at the University of Virginia. Paul holds a BS in Engineering from Utah State University and has been recognized as a USU Alumni of the Year.
