Empowering Businesses to Effectively Manage Contracts, Pricing, and Compliance through Enterprise Revenue Dynamics

The primary goal of the Revitas™ Partner Network is simple: enable partners with tools, resources and training needed to grow a profitable and sustainable business around Revitas solutions that manage contracts, pricing, and compliance.

The Revitas Partner Network comprises technology consulting companies, solution resellers, software vendors and value-added services providers.  Each member of the program is specifically selected based on their ability to extend the value of products and their reach into new markets.

Channel Partners
Revitas channel partners sell our solutions alongside their value-added services, complementary solutions and local support capabilities in domestic and international markets. The two types of channel partners are:

  • SVAR- A Solution value-added reseller (SVAR) is a company that adds content, features and or services to an existing Revitas product and resells it as an integrated product or as a complete "turn-key" solution. The SVAR often develops a specific application on the Revitas platform designed for unique markets or customer needs, which is then delivered as a complete package. A Revitas SVAR is responsible for generating demand, managing the entire sales cycle and implementing the solution.


  • Outbound OEM- These partners are original equipment manufacturers or independent software vendors committed to delivering best in class solutions to their customers by embedding the Revitas solution suite with their solutions.  They leverage the Revitas product suite as an integral part of their go-to-market strategy to deliver customer-driven solutions. A Revitas Outbound OEM will pre-purchase software licenses at a discount and be responsible for selling, implementing, and servicing the end product.

Technology Partners
Revitas provides world class solutions to our customers to manage contracts, pricing, and compliance, so we are interested in indentifying and leveraging best–in-class technology tools and solutions from OEMs or independent software vendors that significantly improve the strategic capabilities of the Revitas product suite. 

  • Inbound OEM These technology partners are the makers of the industry-standard technologies and ubiquitous applications in use every day. We work together in lock-step with these partners to deliver faster deployments, tighter integration, richer content , and greater interoperability.

Consulting & Systems Integration Partners

  • Systems Integrator (SI):  SI Partners, provide core implementation and optimization services around Revitas solutions and complimentary services such as change management, policy consulting, and process improvement.


  • Value Added Service Provider: These partners are consultants who provide specialty domain expertise in the areas of business, technical consulting, business intelligence reporting, or enterprise systems assessments to assist Revitas customers to assess, acquire, and optimize the use of their Revitas applications and their internal business processes.

Referral Partners
The Revitas™ Partner Network is open to our partners as well as external individuals and companies interested in referral opportunities. It augments the lead and teaming registration programs for current partners.
